OMG was a public art project commissioned for the Glow festival in Santa Monica Art. The participatory performance project premiered at the Pacific Wheel on Santa Monica pier in 2013. Vesna was one of 3 artists commissioned to create an artwork specific to the site and for one-day only. The concept was to view the wheel as a mandala of industrialization and bring attention to the age of biotechnology and she used the octopus as a symbol of the biological mandala. The solar powered ferris wheel was programmed to show the octopus as a mandala and eight octopus crowns lit with LED lights that were created for the participants. Consequently, Victoria organized a number of similar events on ferris wheels around the planet.
