Awarded Lead Artist commission for the GLOW festival in Santa Monica. I am currently developing a project for the Santa Monica Ferris Wheel and will be collaborating with the Chant foundation. The accepted project concept is Octopus Mandala Glow! (OMG!).
OMG! is an interactive project that aims to bring the people on the Pacific Ferris Wheel and at the entrance of the Pacific Park marked with an octopus to the center of attention. The wheel is envisioned as the “center of the universe”, the people riding the wheel drive it with their voices and invited individual participants under the octopus “rule the world”.

“On Saturday, September 28, 2013, Glow, the first all-night arts event in the United States to emphasize the commissioning of new work, will transform the beach in Santa Monica into a world of interactive and engaging contemporary art installations. Building on the success of Glow's first two editions, it is expected, once again, to attract between 100,000 and 200,000 visitors to Santa Monica Beach during the course of one night, making it among the largest public art events in the U.S.” http://glowsantamonica.org/
