After 10 weeks of teaching three classes online, I understand what works and what doesn’t. Like composing — on and off line rhythms. Now finalizing the program with the Art Sci collective for the Sci Art Lab + Studio summer program for high school students. We are rethinking education online and STEAM — it is Science, Technology, Ecology, Art, Mindfulness. Going on the assumption that math and engineering are part of science and technology and that Ecology is at the heart while Mindfulness is critical at this time and beyond. If you know smart high school students who are interested in science but don’t want to give up art or music — forward this!
